Prosperity California

Brand Identity Development

Skills Highlight: Logo Design, Creative Strategy, Visual Storytelling, Content Management

Overview

In a two-month timeline, I worked closely with the CEO of Prosperity California to develop a brand identity that visually and conceptually represented the organization’s bipartisan approach to political advocacy. The resulting identity features a logo that symbolizes political collaboration and a color palette inspired by California’s natural beauty. I also designed the website’s prototype in Figma and collaborated with developers to bring it to life on WordPress.

Visual Storytelling

Brainstorming to Execution

Creative Brief

Prosperity California needed a strong visual identity that would communicate its mission of economic prosperity through bipartisan collaboration. The goal was to create a brand that resonated with legislators, stakeholders, and the general public while maintaining a solutions-oriented aesthetic. The identity needed to feel modern, trustworthy, and reflective of the organization’s commitment to Californians.

Response

The logo design features two overlapping speech bubbles in red and blue, symbolizing bipartisan dialogue, with a vibrant yellow center representing the common ground where meaningful policy solutions emerge. The color palette takes inspiration from the Bird of Paradise, Los Angeles’ official flower, evoking a sense of optimism and resilience.

Web Management

I translated the brand identity into a user-friendly website, starting with a Figma prototype that outlined the site’s structure, user flow, and content hierarchy. Collaborating with a web development partner, I ensured the design was seamlessly implemented on WordPress.

Beyond the launch, I continue to manage and update website content, ensuring it remains a relevant and engaging resource for Prosperity California’s stakeholders.
